Organizations and Teams are available only on the Pro plan and above.

At a glance

Think of Orchestrivo like Google Workspace:

Organization

Your company’s account that manages billing, users, and security

Personal space

Your private space for building and running agents. Other people cannot browse it, but an agent you share still follows Agent Access, and organization administrators retain administrative access.

Team

A shared space where team members can find and run agents and share team connectors
Everyone in your organization shares the same credit pool. Start with your personal space for most work, and create teams when you need true collaboration.

Personal vs team

Most agents should live in your personal space. Create teams only when collaboration is essential.
Every user gets a personal space automatically when they sign up. This is where most of your work should happen.
  • Fast and flexible: Build without worrying about breaking others’ work
  • Private by default: You choose who can use your agents; organization administrators retain administrative access
  • Production-ready: Run production agents that you maintain
  • Safe experimentation: Test ideas without affecting your team
Your personal space is private by default, but you can share any agent with specific users by email. Agents have two roles, Owner (manages it) and User (uses it): see Agent Access. Skills use Editor, Viewer, and Use Only: see Sharing a skill. You can also use the Organization row in the share dialog to share with your entire organization.

Understanding organizations

An Organization is your company’s top-level account. It’s the umbrella that holds everything together.
All users share one credit pool. When anyone runs an agent, whether in their personal space or a team, it deducts from the organization’s credits. There’s no separate billing per team or per user. One unified account.
  • Anyone with your company email domain automatically joins your organization (if domain whitelisting is enabled)
  • Invite users by email: invited users appear with a “Pending” status until they accept
  • Organization admins can resend or revoke pending invitations
  • Add, remove, and manage user permissions across all teams
  • Set which team new members join by default

Orchestrivo’s roles are additive, so a user can hold multiple roles at once (for example, {Member, Analytics}). Use the Manage Access sheet on the members page to add or remove individual roles instead of promoting or demoting users.

Where do I find a team?

Your teams appear under Teams in the left sidebar. Open one to see the team’s own menu: Home, Agents, Tasks, Triggers, Artifacts, Customize, Members, Insights, and Settings. The team’s Customize holds its Connectors, Skills, Brain, Vault, and AI Model Keys. Invite and Create Agent sit at the top right. Right-click a team in the sidebar for Settings, Invite to Team, and Leave team.

Every member sees the Insights and Settings tabs. If you don’t have access, selecting one opens Request Access, where you pick a Role and who to Request from. Organization admins can choose Grant myself Admin role for this team instead. Team Insights needs an Enterprise plan.

Creating a team

There are two ways to create a team.

Option 1: From the sidebar

In the left sidebar, find the Teams section and click the + icon next to it.
Give your team a name, choose a logo, and pick a brand color. Then click Create.

Option 2: From organization settings

Go to Settings → Teams and click the Create button.

Adding team members

Invite people to a team from the team itself or the left sidebar.

Invite to a team

Right-click your team under Teams in the left sidebar and select Invite to Team, or open the team and click Invite at the top right. This opens the organization invite dialog scoped to that team. Search for people by name or email. If everyone you pick is already in the organization, the button reads Invite to team and adds them to the team right away, with no email. If you can grant team Admin, a Team roles field (Member or Admin) sets their team role.

If anyone you pick isn’t in the organization, select Next to choose their organization roles, custom roles, and teams. The current team is already selected. By default they get an organization invite and join the team as Member when they accept. Turn on Invite to this team only to have them join this team without joining the organization. Then select Send Invites.

Organization invites that include the team show as pending invitations on the team’s Members page. People who can invite to the organization can Resend Invitation or Revoke Invitation there. Revoking removes only this team from the invite.
Invite is the only way to add people to a team; the team’s Members page has no Add Member button. If you can add team members but not organization members, you can only add people who are already in the organization.

Connecting team connectors

Team connectors are shared integrations and API keys that all team members can use when running agents. There are two ways to connect them for a team.

Option 1: From the sidebar

Open the team from the left sidebar, select Customize in the team’s menu, and stay on the Connectors tab. Find the app you need under Discover or All and click its + button (Connect) to connect it with the shared account. If you aren’t a team admin, the button reads Request and sends the connection to an admin instead.
Default Team page with the team menu Home, Agents, Tasks, Triggers, Artifacts, Customize, Members, Insights, Settings, and Customize open on the Connectors tab with Discover, All, Connected, Search all connectors, and Add Custom MCP

Option 2: From organization settings

  1. Go to Settings → Teams
  2. Click the team, then select Manage Connectors
  3. Find the app and click Add
Team connectors are available to all team members. For personal integrations that only you use, connect them from your personal Connectors page (Customize > Connectors) instead.

Moving agents between teams

You can move agents between your personal space and teams:
  1. Go to the Agents page (Agents in the left sidebar)
  2. Click the three dots (⋮) on the agent
  3. Select Move to Team
  4. Choose the destination team
You can always move them back if needed. Once in a team, all team members get User access, so they can use the agent but not edit it. To let someone edit it, make them an Owner. See Agent access.
Moving an agent normally gives the destination team access. Existing Organization access is preserved when it matches the destination team’s organization, so members outside the team keep access. The move does not grant new organization-wide access. Triggers are deleted if their creators lose access. See Move their agents to a team.

Setting a default team

Organization admins can choose which team new members automatically join from the Teams settings page.
Teams list with the three-dot menu open on Make Default, described as setting the team as the organization default
When someone with your company email signs up:
  1. They join your organization if domain whitelisting is enabled
  2. They get their personal space
  3. They get access to the default team
  4. They can request access to other teams

Common questions

Start in your personal space if you are the primary maintainer. Use a team when teammates need shared resources or team connectors.Keep in personal space if:
  • You’re the primary maintainer
  • It’s still in development or testing
  • Others just need to run it (share via interface)
Move to a team if:
  • The whole team needs to use the agent
  • The team collectively maintains it
  • You need shared team connectors
  • Team members need to cover for each other
Team members get User access. To let someone edit the agent, add them as an Owner in the agent’s access settings.
Your organization pays for everything. Whether an agent runs from your personal space or a team, it uses your organization’s credit pool. Teams only affect who can access and edit agents, not billing.
