Team connectors belong to the team, not to one person. Use them for a shared inbox, CRM, or Slack workspace.

Why use them

  • Everyone on the team can run agents against the same account.
  • People don’t have to connect their personal Gmail or Salesforce.
  • You can revoke the shared connection in one place.

From the sidebar

  1. Open the team from Teams in the left sidebar.
  2. In the team’s menu, select Customize. The Connectors tab opens.
  3. Find the app under Discover or All, click its + button (Connect), and sign in with the shared account. Non-admins see Request instead, which asks a team admin to connect it.
Default Team page with the team menu Home, Agents, Tasks, Triggers, Artifacts, Customize, Members, Insights, Settings, and Customize open on the Connectors tab with Discover, All, Connected, and Add Custom MCP

From organization settings

  1. Go to Organization > Teams.
  2. Open the team, then click Manage Connectors.
  3. Find the app and click Add.

Who can add them

Team owners and members with permission to manage team connectors. Organization members who aren’t on the team can’t use that team’s connectors.
A team connector only works for agents that live on that team. Personal-space agents can’t see it until you move the agent.
