Revoke and reconnect a connector

Do this when the agent reports a disconnected or read-only connector, or one still using an old account after you signed in again.

Steps

1. Open the right Connectors page:
   • Personal: Customize → Connectors in the left sidebar
   • Team: open the team, then Customize → Connectors
   • Org LLM keys: AI Settings → Inference Providers
2. Open the connector menu and choose Revoke.

3. Click Connect and sign in with the account you want.
4. Re-attach it on the agent. Adding it on the Connectors page isn’t enough. See Give an agent a connector.

An orange Reauth needed badge on an account means its sign-in no longer works. Choose Reauth from its menu instead of revoking. Refresh failed is temporary, and Orchestrivo retries on its own. Your Orchestrivo API key isn’t a connector. To regenerate or revoke it, use the Orchestrivo API key row on your Profile settings page. See Find your Orchestrivo API key.
