You need Admin or Manager. Regular Members can’t invite others.

Add someone to the organization

  1. Go to Organization Members.
  2. Click Add Member.
  3. Enter their email.
  4. Optionally pick extra organization roles and teams. Every invitee already gets Member.
  5. Send the invite. They show as Pending until they accept.
From the members list you can Resend Invite or Revoke Invite on a pending row.
If your org uses domain restrictions or SSO, people on a blocked domain can’t join. See SSO: SAML, OIDC & SCIM.

Add someone to a team

You can pick teams in the org invite modal above, or invite from the team itself. Open the team and click Invite at the top right, or right-click the team under Teams in the sidebar and select Invite to Team. The invite dialog opens scoped to that team.
  • Already in the organization: pick them by name or email and select Invite to team. They’re added right away, with no email.
  • Not in the organization yet: enter their email, select Next, then Send Invites. Turn on Invite to this team only if they should join the team without joining the organization.
Right-click a team to invite members
Without Invite to this team only, people outside the organization get an organization invite that adds them to the team as Member. The invite shows as pending on the team’s Members page, where people who can invite to the organization can Resend Invitation or Revoke Invitation. See Teams.

Good to know

  • Inviting someone to a team gives them User access to that team’s agents, not the ability to change them. Add them as an Owner on each agent they should manage. See Sharing roles.
  • Org roles are additive. Change them later from Organization Members. That’s separate from an agent’s Owner / User role.
